Centralized Urban Drone Hubs will dispatch drones carrying medical supplies for emergencies, while Mobile Drone Centers, operated by organizations like the Red Cross, will offer flexible aid in disaster zones. These drones will be managed by an advanced AI system to ensure coordinated, timely responses.
