From a City Stroll to a Journey through the Stars

Currently, we are enjoying a 90-minute dive into the rich history of the Austrian capital. 

Did you know that Vienna generates one-quarter of Austria’s total GDP, amounting to €96 billion? Additionally, the city is a hub for innovation, with over 5.6% of jobs related to Research & Development (R&D), making it the third highest in Europe. The capital is also home to around 60% of Austria’s AI companies, cementing its status as a leader in technology and innovation.

Later, BOLD Minds from afar will be greeted by their Viennese counterparts, kicking off an evening full of networking and warming up for the workshops to come.

In the afternoon, we’ll visit the Vienna Planetarium, where the possibilities for the days ahead will be envisioned. The atmosphere is charged with excitement, as later in the evening, BOLD Minds will be assigned to groups in which they will work and exchange ideas throughout the event.
