3, 2, 1 - GO! BOLD UnConference 2024 Has Begun

Welcome back, innovators and disruptors! We are thrilled to kick off this year’s BOLD UnConference at the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber in Vienna, with a stunning view over the rooftops of our capital.

Since yesterday, BOLD minds have been arriving in Austria in troves, and the excitement is palpable as we prepare to tackle today’s biggest challenges.

At present, we have over 50 BOLD minds in our midst, and we will be joined by about 30 local companies in a few minutes.

Following a brief introduction by Réka Artner, head of the BOLD Community, we dived right into the day’s activities.

The challenge for today: To understand the myriad of challenges we face and work in groups to develop innovative solutions for shaping the economy of tomorrow.

We have divided the BOLD minds into groups, each tackling specific issues ranging from digitalization, carbon neutrality, sustainability, and energy to food, mobility, education, health, manufacturing, and financial well-being.

With the help of the local BOLD community, we will then get an overview of the pressing issues that Austrian businesses face today.
